Understanding your subscription plan helps you get the most out of Nexus and choose the right tier for your needs.
Trial Period
When you first sign up for Nexus, you start with a free trial. Your trial includes:
- Access to all Nexus features
- No credit card required
- Trial period countdown visible in your dashboard
- Up to 2 team members
- 1 messaging channel
- 500 leads
- 100 AI conversations (provided by us)
Trial Duration Your trial lasts for 7 days. The countdown appears in your dashboard so you always know when it expires.
What Happens When Trial Expires When your trial ends, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Nexus. You'll receive email reminders as your trial end date approaches. Your data is preserved — upgrading simply unlocks continued access.

Nexus offers three paid plans plus a custom Enterprise option, all with unlimited AI conversations (you provide your own API key after trial).
Starter Plan ($49/month)

Business Plan ($199/month)

- 15 team members included

- Unlimited AI conversations

Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade from Trial or move to a higher tier:
- Go to Settings > Billing or Plan
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your desired plan
- Enter payment information (or review if updating)
- Confirm your upgrade
Effective Immediately Plan upgrades take effect instantly. You'll have access to new features right away, and billing starts with the new plan amount.
What Happens to Your Data Upgrading preserves all your data, conversations, leads, and team members. Nothing is lost.
Managing Your Billing
View Your Subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing
- See your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date
- Download invoices and receipts anytime
Update Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Method
- Update your credit card or payment details
- Click Save
Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your access continues until the end of your billing period, then your account converts to Trial mode.
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
Your data remains available if you reactivate later.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans mid-billing cycle? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing based on the days used.
Do you offer annual billing discounts? Yes! Annual billing saves you approximately 17% (2 months free). See the annual pricing table above.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and more. Contact info@jack-ai.net for payment options.
What if I need a custom plan? Enterprise customers can work with our team on custom pricing and features. Email info@jack-ai.net to discuss your needs.
Do I need my own AI API key? During the trial, we provide AI conversations. After upgrading to a paid plan, you'll need to connect your own OpenAI API key in Settings > AI Configuration. This gives you unlimited AI conversations at your own API cost.
